About
I believe that while nobody can go back and change the past, anyone can make a new ending starting today. It is never too late to embark on a new path so you can become the person you desire to be. As your therapist I will guide you through a healing process that balances your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual being. I will embark with you on your journey to wholeness and together we will explore life's meaning, create growth and healing, and explore new possibilities for living authentically. Today can be the first step to a new beginning!
I recognize your potential to heal and to be whole. I utilize an integrated approach to counseling drawing from solution focused techniques, person centered therapy, CBT, & family systems therapy. I have specialty training in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), STEP (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting), & Thinking for Change.
I have experience supporting clients who are dealing with a range of challenges including depression, attachment disorders, relationship issues, domestic violence and abuse, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexuality and gender related issues, ADHD, anger management, behavioral issues, ODD, conduct disorders, coping skills development, parenting training, and wellness coaching.
