My primary goal is to create a safer space that will allow individuals to feel understood, accepted and heard, while working together to manage our internal and external barriers to joy and fulfillment. With true connection, grace, and intention we all have the capacity to achieve our behavioral, mental, and emotional growth goals.
My approach to therapy is inclusive, LGBTQAI+ positive, and culturally-affirming. We will partner with one another to weave together an understanding of how identity, culture systemic oppression, and trauma intersect, thereby, impacting your wellbeing. Sessions to be held remotely with the goal of and taking action towards our own fulfillment.
