Tabitha decided to go into social work and counseling because she wanted to make a difference and help people who felt lost or who needed guidance and support. She has experience and passion working with those with chemical and/or behavioral addictions. She enjoys working with working parents who are seeking ways to find more balance in their lives. She enjoys working with young people over the age of 12 as they form their identities and values. Tabitha is not in-network with insurances, but will be soon. I have practiced psychotherapy for 22 years. My treatment approach is primarily cognitive behavioral with focus on the whole person. I tailor my approach to the individual as each person brings unique needs to the encounter. We work together to find the right blend of relationship and treatment. My perspective has always been that the best work evolves out of a trusting relationship that is mutual and confidential.
