There are times in our lives when it is necessary to seek help from a qualified mental health professional. Grief, stress, and changes in mood and health are issues that touch every life. Everyone is faced with obstacles at some point in their lives. Areas of focus are, not limited to, use of EMDR therapy, Dissociative Disorders, “Tween” age (7-12yrs old) and Teen (13-19yrs old) TRAUMA, depression, identity issues, adult TRAUMA, (ADD/ADHD) attention deficit disorder, high functioning spectrum disorders, anxiety, PTSD, , coming out of abusive relationships, spiritual warfare, premarital counseling, blended family issues, marriage/family, grief/bereavement, parenting, teen age mentoring, children who may be struggling at home, in school, or new and significant changes in life as they have known it. Other areas of focus include divorce, play or art therapy methods of interaction.

My goal in therapy is to walk with and support you as you seek hope, healing, and change. I believe the more aware and accepting we are of ourselves, the better able we are to discover balance and fulfillment in our lives. I aim to create a safe environment where you can explore the inherent challenges of the human experience, ease emotional pain, find self-compassion, and restore hope.
