A pleasure to meet you! Therapy with me is about co-creating a hearth - a therapeutic space for warmth, restoration, and growth along life’s journeys. I work with individuals and families who have experienced the effects of anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, relational trauma, and complex trauma. These effects often leave us in chaotic cycles of either burning things to the ground or feeling cold and alone. I also am passionate about working with neurodivergent folks (ADHD and Autism) who have maybe felt outcast in their search for connection. Together, we rest and reflect on whatever creating a warm home means to you.

You're tired of therapy that stays on the surface. You've done the coping skills. You've talked through the symptoms. And yet the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships, in your inner world, in the gap between who you are inside and who you show up as.
You might be neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or just wired differently than most people around you. Either way, you've been going it alone for too long.
I specialize in deep, relational, experiential work with adults who are ready to stop performing and start understanding themselves. No scripts. No surface-level check-ins. Just real, engaged, transformative therapy.

My natural approach to people is very humanistic. A core value of mine is to be compassionate, non-judgmental, and accepting toward others. I value authenticity, warmth, and kindness when connecting with my patients. We can work together toward self-exploration, insight, and growth. Such change often happens in a context of a loving and caring relationship with the therapist, and an emotional exploration of significant experiences and relationships. I tailor my approach towards the unique needs and personality of each patient.

My integrative methods also include IFS, DBT, and CBT, allowing us to release stored trauma and regulate the nervous system.
Welcome! You’re here because you or your partner is hurting. Whether you’re dealing with "Big T" traumas like abuse or "little t" traumas like feeling repeatedly rejected, a part of us gets stuck when the "no-good-dirty-rotten-thing" happens. But you don’t have to stay there. I help you escape the grip of trauma, depression, and complex challenges like Bipolar disorder or navigating narcissism. We hold pain in our bodies as tension—a physical echo of a nervous system that doesn’t feel safe. It no longer has to dictate how you love, parent, or work. I am here to help you move forward into the life you deserve.

You're the one who looks like they have it all together. The career, the income, the relationship, all dialed in. So why does it feel like something's still off? That low-grade hum of anxiety. The numbness where presence used to be. You're not broken. You're depleted. And it's probably been that way longer than you'd like to admit.
My clients are typically high-achieving men, driven professionals, and Asian Americans who are quietly exhausted from keeping up the performance. What brings them in isn't weakness, it's the cost of the charade: burnout, disconnection, and a life that looks great on paper but doesn't feel like theirs.

I’m trained in EMDR and integrate body-based work with IFS-informed parts work and ACT-informed tools.
Trauma doesn’t just live in your memories—it lives in your body, your relationships, and your nervous system. You may be high-functioning on the outside while inside feeling tense, exhausted, disconnected, or always on edge. If you grew up too fast, learned to take care of others, or never felt fully safe being yourself, your system adapted to survive. Those adaptations made sense then. They don’t have to run your life now.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapists
What is Internal Family Systems therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of talk therapy that focuses on sub-personalities, or “families,” within a person, which may be made up of wounded parts and unpleasant emotions like anger and shame. These sub-personalities can come into conflict with each other and with an individual’s core Self, leaving the person feeling detached from positive traits such as the “8 C’s” of confidence, calmness, creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, and connectedness. By healing a patient’s wounded parts, a therapist aims to restore balance and bring on positive change.
How does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
An IFS therapist will work with a patient to identify their particular sub-personalities, recognize the emotions powering them, and release them. By doing so, the patient should become more able to address any underlying problems their sub-personalities may have been trying to protect them from. Ultimately, a patient discovers ways to manage internal and external conflicts on their own, through techniques such as relaxation exercises, journaling, and making charts depicting the relationships between their core Self and their distinct parts.
Does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
IFS therapy has been shown to help people address conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic, fears and phobias, trauma, and substance use disorders. Some research has also found that it can help individuals deal with symptoms of physical health conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, such as pain, everyday functioning, depressive feelings, and low self-compassion. There are some conditions for which IFS treatment, specifically discussions of one’s “parts,” may be less appropriate, such as schizophrenia or other states that involve psychosis or paranoia.
How long does Internal Family Systems therapy take?
As with most forms of talk therapy, there is no set duration or end point for IFS therapy. After becoming comfortable with a therapist and the core concepts of IFS, some patients quickly make progress. While experiences vary, most will find that it is a relatively longer-term therapy, involving months and sometimes years of sessions.
