In addition, we offer individual, family, and couples counseling. Earning my Bachelors of Science in Psychology as well as my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling has provided me with the knowledge, skill, and technique to work towards guiding clients to work towards peace and growth.The desire to motivate people to work towards their goals developed early in my college years when I worked as a mentor for a local community ministry in a small college town.

I am a 1st generation Taiwanese-American immigrant who came to the US as an adolescent. I can conduct therapy in fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and English. I am a full-time self-employee and mother of 2. Two decades ago, I changed careers from Engineering B.S, to Business M.M, to Counseling/Behavioral Science M.Ed. therapy. I am currently working on my Ph.D in Clinical Sexology. I empathize with work/life balance issues, stress/time management, and career transition/satisfaction. My core goal is to empower individuals, couples and families to make healthy, positive changes in their professional and personal lives.

I work with couples to identify interpersonal stressors to enhance communication and restore harmony. I work with teenagers and young adults on issues of independence, self esteem, depression and anxiety. I have extensive experience working with family caregivers facing illness, advance care planning, death/dying and bereavement. I work with women to enhance their ability to cope with stressors across the lifespan, including infertility, post-partum depression and empty nest challenges.
