Maybe your child isn’t the same anymore—more irritable, withdrawn, frequently feeling sad, explosive, or anxious over things that never used to bother them. Maybe your teen shuts down, lashes out, or tells you they’re “fine,” Or maybe you are the one holding it all together on the outside, while inside you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and on edge. Anxiety doesn’t just live in the mind—it shows up as sleepless nights, constant worry, panic, stomach aches, and as fear. Trauma doesn’t always look dramatic—it can look like anger, avoidance, emotional numbness, or feeling unsafe. It is your battle, you don't need to fight it alone

Life is overwhelming sometimes, and it just keeps going. We are all trying the best we can with what we have and know. It is helpful to have family and friends we can lean on, and it can sometimes be more helpful to have a therapist you can connect with to heal yourself and grow.
