You are not a diagnosis. You are an individual that just wants to have your brain be sharper; be calmer; or having your child have a better experience in school. My clients are tired of medications and want to see more permanent improvements in their daily lives. ADD, ADHD, anxiety, depression....almost everything that stems from the brain benefits from neurofeedback. Adults who feel "foggy", unmotivated and chaotic, use this therapy to optimize their brain. My clients are generally between 7 and 75 years of age. They have sleep issues, chronic stress or may not engage with others well. I can help you.

I have clinical experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, addiction, religious trauma, sports related counseling, and severe financial stress.
You are a woman juggling many roles while trying not to lose yourself in the process. You may be navigating motherhood, aging, injury, career demands, or changing seasons of life while still wanting to stay active and strong. You feel pressure to perform, guilt for prioritizing yourself, and frustration when comparison or burnout takes over. You want support that understands the realities women face, including the mental and emotional weight that comes with caring for others while trying to care for yourself.

Using sports psychology, trauma-informed therapy, and CBT, we get beneath the surface and do work that actually sticks.
My clients are athletes, executives, and high performers who are succeeding by every outside measure and quietly struggling beneath it. They know how to push through. What they're looking for is someone who understands why that stops working, and what to do when it does. They come in carrying anxiety, burnout, or a creeping sense that achievement isn't filling the gap they thought it would. They don't just want to perform better. They want to feel like themselves again, on and off the field, in and out of the boardroom.

As a clinical and sports therapist, I get it.
I combine EMDR trauma therapy with sport and performance psychology because often what looks like "just" performance anxiety or perfectionism has deeper roots. EMDR allows us to reprocess the experiences that created mental blocks - the injury that shattered your confidence, the failure you can't shake, earlier trauma that shows up when stakes are high.

I help business leaders and athletes achieve their goals, but more importantly, I help them determine what makes them come alive! Leading a business or a team can be a stressful, often lonely experience. Having someone partner with you to help you see yourself accurately can make all the difference. Sometimes, we get in our own way and overcoming the obstacles to success can make life meaningful. I help leaders using tools from sport & performance psychology, professional coaching and brain science. I believe that everyone has a unique calling. Please consider partnering with me to understand and fulfill that calling!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be a counselor. I have no idea why, but even as an adolescent, I was drawn to people and trying to help figure out what makes them tick. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the counseling experience. In that relationship, it’s very important for me to hold the space for the client. Both client and counselor need to feel that the environment is a safe space, allowing the therapeutic process to take place. That starts at the beginning, where it’s key that the client, whether new or established, feels that trust and can begin opening up.

Licensed in the state of Texas as an LCSW, LCDC. Certified sound healer. Welcoming new clients for telehealth sessions. I'm very interested in assisting professionals and creative people (current or aspiring artists, writers, actors, etc.) who feel stuck. I do believe I am gifted at helping people suffering from anxiety find calm and those burdened by depression find joy. Whether you're sleeping too much or not enough, today is a great day to focus on what matters most to you so that you can go from bad-to-good, and good-to-great. It would be my honor to help you find (or rediscover) the spark that drives your heart desires.

You can be feel wrecked on the inside and on the outside appear capable, disciplined, and high-functioning. If you’re carrying chronic stress, trauma, moral injury, anxiety, depression, burnout, or relationship strain, you need therapy that’s structured, direct, and actually helps you move... no BS. I’m a clinician and 20 year Army Veteran who works with humans who are tired of white-knuckling it. Many clients look “fine” to everyone else while internally navigating hyper-vigilance, panic, emotional shut-down, irritability, sleep issues, shame, or feeling disconnected from the people they love.

Something has shifted, and you can't quite name it. You're doing everything right — the treatments, the appointments, the showing up and yet you feel more alone than ever. Whether you're deep in fertility treatment, navigating a complicated pregnancy, or lost somewhere in early parenthood, your emotional experience deserves as much attention as everything else. I work with women and couples — including same-sex female couples building their families — who are ready to stop surviving and start feeling like themselves again. Together, we'll process the grief, deal with shame, and help you reconnect with yourself and your relationship.

Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming. Some days, we feel in control; other days, we are simply trying to get through. It's easy to get caught up in comparisons and judgments about how our lives or bodies should look, or how we should act. Many of us struggle with feeling not enough or like we are failing. Often, we hold onto habits and thought patterns that once helped us but now hold us back or steal our joy.

How does sports psychology work?
Sports psychology helps athletes identify and overcome challenges, such as perfectionism or a fear of failure, and improve key mental skills, such as confidence or concentration. By applying principles and techniques from psychology, such as goal-setting, visualization, positive self-talk, and emotion regulation, sports psychologists help athletes improve their performance on the field and their well-being overall.

How long does treatment for a sports-related problem take?
The duration of sports psychology treatment depends on the athlete’s individual challenges, goals, the complexity of the interventions used, and even on the length of the season. A performance anxiety issue may be treated with a short-term treatment, like Cognitive behavioural therapy, while issues such as depression, substance abuse, or severe anxiety may require longer-term treatments.

How effective is treatment for sports performance problems?
Sports psychology has been shown to improve performance and help athletes manage their emotions. Sports psychology can be effective in boosting performance, team dynamics, and injury rehabilitation. Over the past decade, nearly every professional sports team in every major sport has added a sports psychologist to its staff. Many colleges have done the same, and even some high school programs have done the same. Olympic hopefuls may consult with sports psychologists starting in elementary school.

What are the limitations of sports psychology?
Sports psychology may have several limitations. Every athlete is unique and may respond differently to sports psychology treatments. Therapy can help an athlete reach their potential; it can help athletes cope with injury and pain, but it cannot change the physical limitations that may be affecting an athlete’s performance.
