I work with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma, and who are looking for a space that feels safe and supportive.
You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out. You just have to be ready to try. Maybe anxiety is running the show and you're feeling the exhaustion of keeping up with your own mind. Or you're in the middle of a big life change and you're not sure who you are on the other side. Maybe depression has made everything feel flat and far away, or you're just... not quite yourself. Sometimes, it's not one big thing. Sometimes it's just the accumulation of everything, and you're tired. Whatever brought you here, this is a space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself, or have the "right" words. We figure it out together.

Therapy focuses on anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder ( OCD), and trauma-related conditions, using structured, goal-oriented, evidence-based approaches including ACT and CBT.
Many adults seek therapy after years of managing high expectations, chronic stress, or patterns that no longer respond to willpower alone. You may feel stuck between insight and action—functioning well on the surface while internally exhausted, uncertain, or overextended. At this stage, what’s often needed is not reassurance, but clarity and disciplined, evidence-based work.

I help teens understand what anxiety or OCD are doing in their brain and body and learn skills to to face their fears without letting them take over.
Are you watching your teen struggle with worries that don’t seem to turn off, rituals that are exhausting, or fears that feel bigger than the situation? You might feel confused about how to help them. Many parents I meet are doing their best while still wondering, “Am I missing something?” "Are we doing enough… or too much?" or “Will this always be this hard?” If any of these questions sound familiar, you’re not failing your child. You’re responding to something that’s genuinely hard, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

OCD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, rumination, or constant overthinking keep you stuck and exhausted.
My approach is structured, evidence-based, and depth-oriented. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) to treat OCD, while integrating attachment-based and IFS-informed therapy and mindfulness. Sessions are active and collaborative, with clear plans, practical tools, and support that’s compassionate—not passive.

I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders.
I provide individual and couples therapy to older adolescents and adults. My approach to therapy mainly draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). While I tend to draw from CBT, I incorporate other styles and techniques to tailor each session to meet the needs of each person I work with. I believe the most important and healing aspect of therapy is the relationship that is created between myself and the person sitting across from me.

I specialize in treating OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Just breathe. Such a simple statement, that seems the most difficult to do. How can we explain to others what is happening to us, when we don't know ourselves? How can we begin to understand how we feel, when the only thing know about our feelings is to experience them? So many things can happen in our life that make even the simplest of things a challenge to do. If have encountered this or any similar experiences, you are not alone.

I work with diverse groups who have anxiety, PTSD, change of life issues, dating, relationship issues, marital issues, anger issues, career change, family issues, stress, boundaries, procrastinating, Christian counseling, OCD, depression, mood disorders, adjustment concerns, and trauma.
I strongly believe in the power of resiliency and the ability to heal. “No matter how bleak or menacing a situation may appear, it does not entirely own us. It can’t take away our freedom to respond, our power to take action.” ―Ryder Carroll. I found that many concerns brought to therapy can result from unresolved pain or unhealthy coping strategies from the past. With various therapeutic training, I can help clients find the best pathway for their needs. Fear can sometimes be debilitating, so facing fear and building habitation is essential. “A man who fears suffering is already suffering from what he fears.” ―Michel de Montaig.

I work with adults and teens struggling with OCD and anxiety, with an emphasis on taboo intrusive thoughts and perfectionism.
I specialize in taboo intrusive thoughts—specifically those related to sexuality or harm that feel disturbing and impossible to share. Many clients carry these in silence, fearing judgment while others remain unaware. I also focus on OCD driven by a need for order, which often shows up as rigidity and chronic over-preparation in high-pressure environments.

Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Therapists
How long does OCD treatment take?
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often treated on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, depending on symptom severity and the client’s preferences. Some clients may start to see a noticeable improvement in symptoms in as little as six weeks, but it’s also possible, especially in more severe cases, for treatment to take several months to a year before significant progress is made.

What happens if OCD is not treated?
Some people with OCD, especially those with mild symptoms, may find that they are able to adapt reasonably well to life with the condition, even if their symptoms never resolve completely. However, many people, particularly those whose symptoms are severe at the outset, find that their obsessions and compulsions grow more intrusive with time, making it harder to maintain relationships, hold down a job, or navigate the world successfully.

Are there medications for OCD?
Medication can be used to treat OCD. The class of drugs most often prescribed are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, which include fluvoxamine (under the brand name Luvox), fluoxetine (Prozac), and sertraline (Zoloft), among others. In cases of treatment-resistant OCD, other classes of medication, such as tricyclic antidepressants or atypical antipsychotics, may be prescribed. Medication is frequently used in conjunction with therapy.

Can OCD come back after treatment?
Yes. Major life transitions, periods of stress, or other factors can cause symptoms to return or, if they were never fully eradicated, to ramp back up in intensity. For some, these relapses are brief and do not require additional treatment; identifying specific triggers and practicing the skills learned in therapy can help speed their course. For others, returning to therapy for a brief period can help address the underlying stress and strengthen coping mechanisms.
