We all get stuck in relationships, issues, and negative thinking, at times. Your situation is unique and so should your therapy. You deserve professional guidance with what you desire to receive help. Please reach out to me and receive that help because you are worth it!
I have extensive experience with teens, OCD, behavior problems and anxiety. I employ many types of therapy, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I most often use ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), which is the "Gold Standard" for anxiety and OCD-related disorders.
Anyone who desires to be heard, respected and helped would be my ideal client. I have six grown children, am now a grandmother and have extensive life experiences from which I can genuinely empathize to many of your situations. You have hope in your life! I feel honored to be able to help you.
