Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based approach that teaches mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills for individuals dealing with disorders of Emotional Dysregulation such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder and/or Anxiety Disorder. The skills class group is for the purpose of learning these skills and utilizing experiential exercises to reinforce learning. At this time, groups are via a Telehealth HIPPA Compliant Platform. Group fees are $45 per week. Enrollment is open with a commitment for at least one 24-week cycle. For more information contact Deborah.

Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based protocol for treating disorders of overcontrol such as Chronic Depression, Anorexia Nervosa, Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, Treatment Resistant Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Maladaptive Perfectionism. Through each 90-minute, 30-week session members will learn skills to address over control traits that inhibit their ability to connect and build healthy relationships with others. Group Fees are $45 per week. Enrollment is open with a 30-week commitment. At this time, groups are via a Telehealth HIPPA Compliant Platform. For more information, contact Deborah.
