I have worked with all types of issues ranging from depression, anxiety, addiction, family issues, and crisis where people are giving up and struggling with life's hardships. I just want you to know that whatever it is you're going through, someone out there cares and is willing to listen! I hope I can be that person who can help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Chemical Dependency (LCDC-I), a Licensed Associate Sex Offender Treatment Provider (ASOTP), and Certified Professional Coach (CPC). I have a Certificate of Sex Addiction Training and other trainings and supervision for license in American Association of Sex Addiction Counseling.
If you need help and feel life is getting hard, I am here for you. I am eclectic with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, and Reality Therapy.
