I believe that a genuine empathetic attitude from me to my clients is the most important thing I can do as a therapist. I use several modalities in my therapeutic approach. I work with adults, adolescents, and children with a wide range of problems such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am EMDR trained and I believe that this is an extremely successful way to relieve some of the symptoms associated with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and disturbances associated with trauma.
