Throughout my career, I have worked with adults navigating life adjustments, depression, PTSD, trauma, domestic abuse, and recovering from sexual abuse. As a play therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children in public schools and foster care who are dealing with ADHD, adjustment disorders, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and behavioral challenges.
