My specialty is a client who has trauma, and they've have never had the help they need for it. They have depression and anxiety and want to lessen them and cannot remember key childhood memories. We all go through highs and lows in our lives. We have times that we know exactly what we want and where we want to be, and we have those moments that we have no idea what is going on with us. It can be difficult or confusing maneuvering through the thoughts, feelings, and actions that come at us in life.
If you're looking for help, my hope is that I'm able to provide healing, empowerment, and a safe place to be heard. Most of my experience is in working with military, couples, students, and adolescents who struggle with addiction, grief, trauma, parenting, and relationships. I have a sincere passion to just "be" with people and offer support, a new perspective, and possibly even some challenges. I am also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing) trained to work with anxiety, addiction, trauma, and PTSD.
