Hello! Just to let you know a little about myself, I am born and raised in Texas. I have been working in the field of mental health and substance disorders for over 30 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and credentialed to supervise Master level students for their clinical licensure. I specialize in trauma recovery and am trained in several different psychotherapy styles.

During times of transition it is hard to keep moving or even hold your ground. There are times you might feel alone or lost.
