If you find yourself in a tough season of life, I hope that you know that you do not have to do this alone. I would love to walk with you through whatever you are facing, whether that be depression, anxiety, grief, transition, or trauma. In counseling, I use EMDR, sand tray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and other therapies. I use a holistic approach and taylor each person’s counseling experience to what they need. Starting in June I will be adding couples counseling to my practice using the Gottman method. Give me a call!

It can happen to anyone. Life is going along just fine, and then before you realize what happened, you find yourself in a tough situation you never expected. Coping with it has been far from easy, to say the least. You're not alone! If it's a traumatic event, if it's ongoing circumstances that impact your mood and overall functioning, perhaps I can help. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, as well as Solutions-Focused Therapy. I use a holistic approach; considering the whole person in their environment.

I hold a BSW from UH-Downtown and an MSW from UH-GCSW, where I was a Trauma Fellow and GLOBE Youth Behavioral Health Fellow. I became a therapist because I love helping people and find joy in seeing change and growth in those who are struggling. I’ve aimed to bring a relaxed, supportive, and open approach to therapy. I believe healing happens best when therapy is guest-centered and guest-led—we’re a team, and I’m here to walk alongside you. I am LGPTQ+ally. I believe everyone deserves a change to change. I also am visually impaired.

Adolescence and adulthood can both bring seasons of overwhelming emotions, difficult transitions, and unexpected loss. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and rooted in helping clients understand the connection between their mind and body. Often, our thoughts, emotions, and physical responses tell a deeper story about our experiences. Together, we will explore those patterns in a safe and supportive space, helping you build insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.

My therapist and I work with individuals, couples, families! Hello, I am Dr. Antoinette Mallett. I am Licensed Professional Counselor who certified to work with Diverse populations. I care about the growth of each client and am dedicated to helping them achieve the best possible outcome for their lives. Many people worry that counseling is only for people that are "not normal", however counseling is just a support person that is able to help through those difficult times! We all get stuck sometimes, and there's nothing wrong with someone helping us get unstuck. I am currently full.

Hello and welcome, I'm Eleni, and I'm glad you stopped by! The first step is always the hardest, but now that you are here, let's spend some time together and figure out how I can be helpful to you. By entering my room, you will enter a safe and judgment-free zone without pressure or expectations. Together, we will learn and grow. My background is from Europe—Greece, in particular. I spent my teen and young adult years in Germany and worked in Europe and the Middle East. My exposure to many cultures has helped me to understand human struggles on different levels.
