NOTE: In person sessions are only offered in Lubbock, TX. I work with clients ages 13+ in the state of Texas. I work with people that struggle with anger, emotional regulation, being misunderstood by others, have negative self-talk, or have a history of using substances as a coping skill. If gaining self-awareness, finding meaning and purpose in your life, or having someone fight your hardest battles with you is part of your therapeutic goals, we might be a good fit. If your ADHD, depressive, or anxiety symptoms seem to get in the way of your success in work or relationships, we can work together to regain control of your life.
