Have you ever left therapy feeling like nothing really changed—like it was just another conversation without movement? Many of my clients come in carrying the weight of academic pressure, perfectionism, identity struggles, or the exhaustion of being neurodivergent in a world not built for them. You may be tired of performing, managing expectations, or trying to “get it right” all the time. Deep down, you want to feel authentic, connected, and free to be yourself. Without judgment and without masks.

After 7 years as a teacher and school counselor, I now serve as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My background is founded on a passion for working with teens, guiding them as they navigate the tumultuous period of adolescence. I offer a safe, non-judgmental place to support personal growth. Older adolescents are offered more privileges in privacy; however, I ensure that parents remain frequently updated and well-informed. Play therapy is also my passion—a research-based modality for working with younger children.

Making the decision to seek counseling is the first and most difficult step in this process. I offer a warm and relaxed environment to my clients- a place they can feel safe and protected. I believe having a natural connection with your therapist is the most important aspect of the counseling process- it is within the therapist and client relationship that healing and growth occurs. I am compassionate, respectful and nonjudgmental. I combine my positive energy with a grounded, realistic approach.
