If you’ve landed here, you may be feeling stuck or tired of carrying so much on your own. You might be functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or not quite like yourself on the inside. You may be noticing patterns you can’t seem to break, old family dynamics showing up in your relationships, or the feeling that you’re always the strong one, the responsible one, the fixer, or the one who stays quiet to keep the peace. Often those roles started long ago, and therapy can help you understand what you learned to carry, what you learned to silence, and what you needed to do to feel safe and loved.

Porn addiction can quietly erode trust in a relationship, leaving one partner feeling hurt and inadequate while the other feels caught in a cycle of guilt, secrecy, and broken promises despite all their willpower. Over time, this often leads to growing disconnection or even a sense of betrayal. If this is your reality, you are not alone. What often begins as normal screen use or social media can progress into porn sites, cam sites, or OnlyFans and become a pattern that is difficult to control, even for men disciplined in every other area of life.

Sessions tailored to your needs, blending conversation with mindfulness, meditation, nervous system awareness, somatic body-based practices, and visualization to support holistic healing.
As an integrative therapist, I see healing as a whole-body process, one that honors the deep connection between the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being. You may be feeling drawn toward greater self-understanding, alignment, or growth, even if you’re not exactly sure what that looks like yet. Perhaps you’re noticing a quiet sense of disconnection, restlessness, or tension, or a longing to live in a way that feels more grounded, meaningful, and true to you. This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and begin reconnecting with what matters most to you, with care for your whole self along the way.

I also use other evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT and modalities such as sandtray, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, depending on the goals of my clients.
I enjoy working with adults and adolescents as they deal with life adjustments, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. I'm EMDR-certified, and my clients and I often find that locating “stuck points” in one’s past can help improve life in the present. Working with me may include mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills, parts work, and expressive therapies with an emphasis on noticing what our bodies and emotions may be trying to tell our thoughts. I am also trained to work with OCD via Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP).

Somatic Therapists
How does somatic therapy work?
Somatic therapy is a form of treatment that focuses on how the body and mind are interconnected. In this approach, physical symptoms are addressed because they may in fact signal emotional distress. Somatic therapists combine mindfulness, talk therapy, breathwork, yoga, dance, and physical manipulations of the body to help patients become more attuned to what their body is telling them.
Is EMDR a somatic therapy?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of somatic therapy, as it incorporates mental and physical principles. EMDR involves remembering a traumatic experience while allowing one’s eyes to track a side-to-side visual stimulus from a therapist. This lateral eye movement is believed to diminish the painful power of the memory so that it can be discussed with a therapist.
Is somatic therapy evidence-based?
Somatic therapy has been researched and studied, and some forms of somatic therapy are found to be effective in treating a wide range of conditions. Because somatic therapy encompasses many techniques, some, such as EMDR and meditation, have been studied more than others.
What is somatic trauma therapy?
Somatic trauma therapy is based on the idea that when people experience trauma, they can become stuck in the “freeze” part of a “fight, flight, or freeze” response. In this state, trauma can manifest itself both mentally and physically—through tension in the muscles, anxiety, and stress. Popular forms of somatic trauma therapy include EMDR, sensorimotor therapy, and somatic experiencing.
