I work well with individuals coping with psychosis, bipolar disorder, substance use, and trauma.
I believe that people should not be limited to a label. We are so much more than problems or disorders; we are strengthened by our flaws and our most difficult experiences can transform us. I am direct, interactive, and strongly believe that people change through healing relationships. In sessions we will work together at a pace that feels right for you. We will identify and prioritize your goals, address problems that get in the way of your happiness, and collaboratively build lasting solutions. I will listen to and accept your feedback about how we are working together.

Every life transition pushes us to change. Nobody asks if we’re ready. It’s non negotiable. Tragedy? That happens to “them”. “We don’t know those ppl, we don’t even know people that know those people -the victims & their families.”. Then one day it comes for our loved ones; for us.

Somebody said we’re all just walking each other home. My job is to accompany you, to be your mirror, to guide and educate, and help you see you are not alone. A therapist is bit like a coach. A good coach can guide you to excel, but only you can run the race. And when you succeed, it’s you that has a sense of competency, of being more capable. Therapy is equipment for living. So whether you’re dealing with the pain of a breakup, or sifting through so many ideas about gender, or exhausted by the news, or just troubled by a sense that there must be more, come and give it a try. Let’s see what we can do.

These words are alive. Follow the trail! Therapy is art, and we create it together, session by session. Explore your unconscious mind and discover new truths about yourself and your relationships. Break free from rigid fear-based thinking and experience life more fully by finding new and more real ways of being in the world. Become more relaxed, flexible, confident, creative, playful, and intimate with others. Feel a wider range of emotions and learn language to describe them. Understand and transcend your traumas. Take risks. Be honest with yourself and live in alignment with your values.

My ideal client is someone who is tired of living in survival mode and is ready to reclaim their voice, restore confidence, and rediscover a sense of purpose. They may be healing from trauma, navigating major life transitions, or breaking free from old narratives that no longer serve them. Many of my clients value faith or find strength in spiritual practices—reflection, gratitude, or scriptural inspiration—woven into their healing journey. They want to feel whole, empowered, and connected to their true identity—ready to release past wounds, embrace strengths, and step into a life of clarity, alignment, and authentic freedom.

If you’ve tried to “figure it out on your own” and nothing is really changing, you’re not alone. I work best with clients who are tired of feeling stuck and ready for real change. They come in dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, or relationship patterns that keep repeating. They don’t just want to vent, they want to understand what’s going on and actually fix it. I provide a direct, supportive, and judgment-free space where we identify patterns, build practical skills, and create real, lasting change in their day-to-day life.

Psychosis Therapists
What’s the most effective treatment for psychosis?
The most effective treatment for psychosis is coordinated specialty care. In this model, a team of professionals works with a patient to address all aspects of the underlying disorder. This approach incorporates individual or group therapy, employment and education support, family support and education, medication management (which often involves low doses of antipsychotics), and case management to facilitate problem-solving as needed.

When should people seek treatment for psychosis?
People should seek immediate treatment at the earliest indication of psychosis. Symptoms include delusions, hallucinations, disorganized or blocked speech, and agitated body movements. Early signs that a person may be developing a disorder that will lead to psychosis include suspiciousness of others, memory problems and distractibility, an inability to think clearly, rapid or nonsensical speech, withdrawal from friends or family, aggression toward others, and sensitivity to bright lights or noises.

What if psychosis is left untreated?
Without treatment, psychosis can have significant repercussions, including injuries, job loss, homelessness, financial or legal trouble, ruptured relationships, and suffering for the person and their family. While early treatment for psychosis often yields the best results, there is no point past which it becomes useless to seek treatment. At any point, treatment can make a difference.

How do I get someone else to seek treatment for psychosis?
It’s extremely difficult to watch a loved one suffer from hallucinations, delusions, and other elements of psychosis—sometimes exacerbated by their fears of treatment. Have a conversation with them in a quiet space and maintain a calm, supportive tone. Share your concerns about behaviors you’ve observed, suggest treatment, and explain the potential benefits. Listen carefully to their responses. The person may not be ready after one conversation, but with time, they may come around.
