One of the greatest challenges of life is finding peace within yourself, when one is challenged by depression, anxiety, abuse or trauma that peace can sometimes feel unattainable. This is why finding the "Right" therapist can be a task in itself. As for myself, I believe that "Normal" only exist on a washing machine & finding the "Right" therapist can be just as important as finding the perfect time to pursue that peace.
