Anxiety interferes with our ability to maximize our potential and can debilitate our ability to interact with others. The persistent worry and physical symptoms that accompany that worry manifest into intrusions in our daily living. The struggle of dealing with anxiety is all-encompassing and is a difficult journey to venture through alone. I work with people to help them find lasting relief from the symptoms of anxiety and the unhealthy patterns that they develop to deal with it.
Our work together starts with developing concrete goals to manage anxiety. Through cognitive behavior techniques, I help you identify the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. With guidance, you will learn and master numerous cognitive and emotional strategies to successfully manage anxiety.
Anxiety, depression, and other conditions oftentimes overlap. My psychological evaluation experience will help us uncover any roadblocks so we can tailor your therapy to get substantial results. * I also conduct psychological immigration evaluations for clients applying for immigrant visa status and am available to conduct sessions in Spanish upon request.
