Everyone who comes in is experiencing some sort of crisis or breakdown in their life and wants some relief from their suffering and confusion. I provide a safe, calm, comforting environment that allows us to talk about the client's concerns and figure out a way to get through the crisis and learn how to prevent future breakdowns. This will include healing past wounds and learning how to use those breakdowns as stepping stones to positive breakthroughs in the future.
My specialty is my diverse experience. I have worked with adults, teenagers and children from over forty different countries, for over thirty years. Everyone has their own story ( a Program for Living) and I enjoy helping them understand that story in a way that will create possibilities for their future.
I provide a calm, safe, empathic space that allows every client the motivation to speak freely and honestly about their concerns. By providing active listening, observations based on years of experience, and accurate, evidence based information my clients gain insight that can be applied to make their lives work better.
