Tina M. Berryman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2013, she's been practicing for 10 years. Tina helps clients identify, accept, and learn from their personal journey which allows them to explore and heal the issues that arise. By assisting in learning effective coping skills, working through trauma, identifying triggers, assessments, also offering spiritual and individual sessions and other modalities, clients can begin to help themselves. I am a Christian counselor that utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to assist clients in managing difficult anxiety/stress levels they may be experiencing. I have over 25 years’ experience as a licensed therapist that specializes in anxiety disorders, depression management and self-care planning. I also assist clients during difficult transitions in their life such as loss of employment, divorce, relationship issues and complicated grief. I enjoy helping clients recognize and challenge intrusive thoughts that often aggravate depression/anxiety and can lead to toxic guilt/procrastination.

Kyla Mione is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2021. As a military veteran, Kyla can relate to the military lifestyle. She also understands some of the effects the military has on families. Kyla is compassionate and caring and utilizes a person-centered approach to meet clients where they are. She uses different therapeutic modalities depending on the needs of the client. Kyla has worked with active-duty military members and veterans to improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. In her spare time, Kyla enjoys spending time with her family.

Allison Atkinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2012. Allison has obtained advanced training in Relational Cultural Theory and personally feels that she meets each client where they are at. Rachel received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University Central Texas. She is an active member of the Texas Counseling Association. Her professional experience includes small group and individual counseling in the school setting with preschool -5th grades. Also small group counseling for Women. As a professional school counselor, Rachel has worked with individual and groups on issues such as divorce, depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, family dynamics, physical and sexual abuse, and adolescent transitions.

Dorrie Christman LICSW has been a Clinical Social Worker for over 30 years. She graduated with her MSW from Adelphi University in NY. She went on to become the Director of Counseling Services at Adelphi University. Later, she held the role of Clinician and Clinical Supervisor at Westchester Mental Health Clinic. She and her family moved to Massachusetts where she became Clinical Supervisor at The Child Guidance clinic in Springfield Ma. She then became the Director of The Children's Behavioral Health Initiative in Westfield Ma. Dorrie has been an avid Yoga practitioner since her college days.

My name is Richard Spires. I believe in the therapeutic alliance. Counseling is a team effort and we get the best results when we work together. Part of my counseling style is that I take time getting to know you and try to truly understand your issues. I have been to counseling myself and had experiences where I felt the therapist was not trying to understand my problems. I told myself that when I become a counselor, I never want any of my patients to feel like I didn't care. So I take pride in getting to know you and understanding your problems. So whenever you're ready to talk, I'm ready to listen.

Our office believes that access to counseling should be easy and comfortable. I personally try my best to never turn away a client, schedule immediately, and work with any financial barriers. Although I work with a variety of treatment goals and treatment modalities, I am known for my work with children, trauma experienced populations, relationship counseling, addictions, military and advocacy for community health. When working with children, I always involve the parents and I attempt to assess in a variety of settings to assure I have the entire picture. Counseling should feel comfortable and safe.
