Hey there, y'all! Welcome to my page. My name is Megan, and I'm from the country outside of Houston, TX. I live in the city now and have been working inpatient in the Houston area for about the last 5 years. Primarily I have worked with adults with chronic mental illness, but I have experience with all types of clients. I consider mental health multi-faceted and am so happy to be able to help people develop a holistic approach to their own mental health. I emphasize the importance of spiritual, emotional, physical, sexual and intellectual health as a whole.

I have a passion for working with women to help them overcome past traumas and current roadblocks that stop them from living the life that they were created to live and truly desire in their hearts. I believe that life was meant to be enjoyed (at least in some seasons) and I am passionate about helping my clients to change their thinking and habits to get them to where they want to be in life.

As your counselor, I hope to promote self-awareness and self-confidence. You are my primary focus and therapy is addressing your needs. My emphasis is to help provide peace of mind and coping skills that will help lower stress, anxiety, depression, and other areas of discomfort.
