Sometimes the reasons for our struggles are clearcut; sometimes all we can identify is a sense of discontent or feeling stuck; and sometimes feelings or behaviors come up seemingly “out of the blue”. Whatever the struggle, we may end up feeling uneasy, uncomfortable, or overwhelmed. At times like these, some care, support, and an external perspective can help us regain understanding, balance, strength, and direction in our lives. My goal is to understand your struggles, as well as your strengths and gifts, so that I can collaborate with you in finding ways to use them in ways best suited to your growth and well-being.
