Our stories may include triumphant victories, gratifying accomplishments, and moments of love, connection, and warmth. However they may also include pain and trauma, self-destructive behavioral patterns, and other narratives that do not serve us well. I believe the safety and comfort of a collaborative, validating, nonjudgmental relationship can lead to significant insight, healing, and growth.
