Greetings, my clinical training is in Cognitive Behavior Therapy which assists in understanding personal struggles linked to the way we think and process our daily thoughts, worries and fears, which can lead to cyclical maladaptive behaviors. My emphasis is also in understanding the importance sleep cycles, mindfulness, nutrition, and exercise as part of our overall mental health.
