Greetings, my clinical training is in Cognitive Behavior Therapy which assists in understanding personal struggles linked with the way we think and process our daily thoughts, worries, fears, etc. Although I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology in 2006, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1994, working in the mental health field since 1986.

You’re tired of putting life on hold because you might have a flare up, but don’t have the bandwidth to do everything you once did. You struggle to claw yourself out of the thoughts of “I’m too much”, “something is wrong me”, and “I’m not worthy” and find the only time these thoughts don’t haunt you is when you are helping other people. Navigating the world around us, and in our current times, is tricky for a lot of us! I specialize in working with children and adolescents, as well as assisting the adults who love them in their parenting role. Every family system has strengths and struggles, and parents bring their own experiences (having once been children themselves!) which inform their parenting skills and feelings about parenting, now.
