I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a Masters degree from the University of North Texas. I truly enjoy helping others find personal success and healing. Prior to being in private practice, I spent four years as a counselor at Grapevine Valley Hope, a residential chemical dependency treatment center, helping adults begin to overcome their addictions to drugs and alcohol. My personal style is down-to-earth, non-judgmental & accepting but also direct.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I specialize in treating Trauma, PTSD, OCD, Codependency, Anxiety, Depression & Bipolar Disorder. I am a Level II Certified EMDR therapist, treating complex trauma & PTSD. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) & Family Systems trained therapist, I utilize CBT, DBT, EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization & Reprocessing, Brainspotting, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Psychodrama, Attachment-Focused Therapy and other therapies to my clients find healing.

I am Precious, I work specifically with women who grapple with the aftermath of past traumas, battling symptoms of depression and anxiety. I understand the struggles of forging and sustaining connections as a result of trauma, navigating the complexities of motherhood, and coping with unhealthy attachments in relationships, often relying on societal constructs to shape one's identity. I am an EMDR and yoga trained psychotherapist specializing in guiding women through the challenges of anxiety and depression stemming from trauma, motherhood, relationships, and codependency.

I offer professional Christian counseling with offices in Denton and Flower Mound. I've been working with individuals, groups, couples, and families for over 15 years in community and private settings as well as discipleship, recovery, and teaching ministries in the local church. I train other counselors and am a licensed Supervisor. I'm certified through the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC) and have completed post-graduate training from the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) of the International OCD Foundation, and the Psychiatry Academy at Massachusetts General Hospital. I'm also a pastor/elder at my local church.
