I’m so happy to work in the community where I live! I am an experienced marriage and family therapist and maintain a speciality as a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS). I worked for many years at major eating disorder facilities in the DFW area, providing education and support to individuals and families at various stages in the recovery journey. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore issues together with my clients. I see the role of therapist as a facilitator to join, collaborate, and achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes. I work from a systems perspective to address the individual as a whole.

I am a licensed psychologist and have been in private practice over 30 years and am currently in Grapevine, Texas. My approach in therapy is to first understand each individual's unique concern. I then try to help the individual identify what options they have in changing the behavior to have more successful outcomes. I have been described by my clients as easy to talk to, with a good sense of humor.

I have over 23 years experience with a special focus on marital and relationship distress, infidelity, and pornography addiction. I also offer premarital counseling (Prepare/Enrich) and treat anxiety, depression, anger, adolescents, grief and loss, and family therapy. I am an objective professional with a caring heart who brings a fresh perspective and hope in your time of need. Christian counseling is provided for those who are interested. I am an Out of Network provider for all insurance companies and will provide you a receipt to make filing for reimbursement simple.

I have a strong desire to help couples experience the healing power of emotional connection. My specialization in attachment and trauma has lent itself to helping families reimagine their future, deepen their intimacy, and nurture their connection. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and in Christian Sex Therapy. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern, I help women and teens impacted by betrayal and emotionally destructive relationships. I have a special love for leading couples groups and joyfully practice in both Dallas and Grapevine.
