I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, couples and families in all levels of behavioral health. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings - residential, acute/inpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, & outpatient. Through the use of individual, family, and group therapies, I utilize a strengths based and individualized approach. Each person is a unique individual and I focus on meeting you where you are.

He has worked extensively with adolescents and adult individuals experiencing trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and relationship concerns. I started my career working in a hospital setting. I provided brief therapy to patients both in the hospital, and in their homes. I have experience working with individuals across a variety of ages and diagnoses; most recently, adults and adolescents diagnosed with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, BPD, substance use, and mood disorders. In my practice, I utilize a number of techniques, including CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.

My greatest passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a trauma or stressful experiences.
