You may be used to being the person others rely on—the one who keeps going, manages responsibilities, and appears capable even when life feels heavy. Stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, family responsibilities, major transitions, or difficult emotions may have left you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what needs to change. You may understand some of your patterns but still find it difficult to respond differently in the moments that matter. I help clients slow things down, better understand what they are experiencing, and begin creating healthier emotional and relational patterns.

If you're the one everyone leans on, you may be running on empty. My ideal clients are adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, caregiving for someone they love, or a life transition that has left them overwhelmed and stuck. I offer a warm, collaborative, judgment-free space to slow down and work through what you're experiencing. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I take a holistic approach — we look at your whole life, not just the symptom that brought you in — and build practical tools and insight so you can move forward with more confidence, balance, and peace.

When I was growing up, asking for help was seen as a sign of weakness. We were raised to not go outside of our family system with our problems. No wonder I was well into my twenties when I realized that in order to be successful both emotionally and mentally in my life, I needed to learn how to trust others that were outside my family system. Only then could I to begin to heal. I have learned that isolation and recovery are mutually exclusive. Others provide objectivity, support, and a clarity that we can't achieve on our own.
