Creating change in your life can be difficult I believe that we are all capable of making the changes we want in our lives but we sometimes get stuck and need a little help. I utilize theories of solution-focused, narrative, and positive psychology to empower you on your unique healing journey. Problems are inevitable and so are solutions. I am truly honored when chosen to be someone's therapist. This is a hard decision to make and one that is not always easy. I have had the privilege to work with individual clients ages 12 to 80 years old. I enjoy helping teen clients navigate uncharted middle and high school territories and beyond. I also really love to work with adults in transition and those who are navigating through big decisions that can create anxiety. I have worked with female clients wading through the deep waters of depression and childhood trauma. I am also looking to work with older individuals 60 and up and how to help them with grief and medical trauma.

I have worked with individuals from different age groups and backgrounds including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and couples. I have worked with people with trauma including betrayal trauma, addiction (sex and substance use), depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness. I am a CPTT (Certified Partner Trauma Therapist ) candidate. I offer EMDR therapy
