I believe that therapy begins with a non-judgemental and supportive environment. When people feel safe and comfortable they can find healing, gain new skills, and navigate the ups and downs of life. My approach is a combination of humanistic and attachment theory. My goal is to help people find their inner resources, develop healthy social connections, and create meaningful goals.

Worry, low mood, and self-doubt can quietly take over, making it hard to focus, stay motivated, or enjoy life. Anxiety and depression can affect how we think, feel, and connect with others—impacting school, work, sports, and relationships. I help children, teens, college students, and adults uncover what’s beneath their struggles and develop practical tools to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control. Together, we’ll build resilience, restore balance, and create meaningful change. I am also a Master Certified Life Coach and Certified ART Practitioner.

I believe that we sometimes need additional support as we navigate our unique journey in life. As a young adult in my early twenties, I met with my first counselor who introduced me to a group counseling experience that brought life-changing spiritual and emotional transformation. Although I had come to counseling for one problem in my life, the therapeutic process illuminated so much more than what I could articulate or even knew I needed. This initial encounter is what drew me toward the counseling profession and deepened my passion and motivation for helping others in the same way that I have been helped.

Do you know that most issues related to anxiety, depression, and addiction are symptoms of deeper underlying causes? Do you find yourself constantly slipping into unhealthy patterns and behaviors or seeking healing for what is still an open wound? Have you tried to work things out on your own with little or no success? You don't have to figure it all out on your own.
