Life is hard enough without our own brains getting in the way. External circumstances-whether social, familial, school or work related-can challenge us beyond the point where we feel like we can cope, leading to anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. In such cases, we can sometimes become our own worst enemies, imposing counter-productive and negative judgments on ourselves. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, my role is to provide a safe, judgment-free environment in which we can address the issues together, discover solutions, and cultivate clarity and personal growth.

Life is a journey filled with twists and turns, and this is your story to write. At times, experiences can leave us feeling broken inside. Fear may rise like childhood monsters, convincing us we’re not enough or don’t deserve happiness. We can get stuck in the past with depression or lost in future worries that fuel anxiety. But real change begins in the present moment. If you feel isolated, lost, or unsure of your way forward, know you are not alone—I’ve been there too.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or caught in the same patterns over and over again, therapy can help.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, infidelity, life transitions, low motivation, anger, trauma, compulsive behaviors, and self-destructive patterns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves or the people they love — but they’re ready for real change.
My style is direct, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a cold clinic

Do you ever feel like daily life is a struggle, or that navigating big changes seems impossible? Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma, complex emotions, and experiences that leave you feeling misunderstood—like no one truly gets how your mind works, or worse, you don’t even fully understand it yourself. If you’ve faced discrimination or battled with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or dissociation, it can be hard to find a therapist who truly gets it. But the good news is that you don’t have to do this alone.
