Are relationship dynamics, family tension, or the patterns you keep repeating leaving you feeling stuck and disconnected from who you truly are? Whether the struggle is personal, between partners, or felt across the whole family, it rarely exists in isolation — and neither should the solution. You don't have to untangle it alone, and you don't have to choose between getting help as an individual or getting help together. In addition to individual therapy, I specialize in couples and family therapy, helping you gain deeper insight into your patterns and become more of who you truly are.

Carl Rogers once said, "When a person realizes he has been deeply heard, his eyes moisten. I think in some real sense he is weeping for joy. It is as though he were saying, "Thank God, somebody heard me. Someone knows what it's like to be me." We all experience times in our lives where we just need to be heard, to be validated, to find some direction. It is my belief that a therapeutic relationship with a genuine therapist who provides an authentic, nonjudgmental, safe environment is the most important factor for growth and positive outcomes.

You are high-functioning, but something has shifted. Sleep is no longer restoring you, and the mental fog, irritability, or low motivation that follows is starting to affect your work and relationships. Maybe anxiety has been a quiet companion for years, or burnout has crept in so gradually you almost missed it. You are not in crisis, but you know something needs to change. If you are ready to understand what is driving these patterns and build real, lasting relief, I would be glad to work with you.
