I believe that every person has what they need for healing somewhere within. My job to help you work through obstacles while helping you identify patterns of thought and behavior that can make it difficult to lead a fulfilling life. I offer a quiet, comfortable space for you to be seen and heard. A place where acceptance and lack of judgment exists. A place of healing and self acceptance.
My ideal client is one that is willing to explore working towards creating changes in their life. I often work with those who want to heal from a trauma, while working towards finding and reclaiming their authentic self. Those with depression, anxiety, PTSD and a curiosity about the self will benefit.
I offer a comfortable, safe and confidential environment for exploration and expression of thoughts and feelings. I use a variety of modalities in order to customize the therapuetic work for each client. I strive to be in tune with the individual and tailor each session to fit the individual and their needs.
