I specailize in working one-on-one with men and with
on issues including (but definitely not limited to) problems in relationships, anger/emotional management, communication, substance abuse, stress management, grief, parenting, and struggles in common life transitions such as getting married, having children, losing and/or changing jobs, etc.
If there is one thing that I’ve learned in my more than ten years working as a therapist, it would be that life can be rough no matter who you are. And sometimes rough in ways you never thought it could be. What do YOU do when those rough times come? Not sure? Or have the ways you thought would fix things not worked? I work with individuals and
feeling lost or unsure of what to do or where to turn when they have these rough times. I have been through times in life when I feel this way and love working with people to help find the best ways for them to deal with whatever rough patch, big or small, they may find themselves in.
