I am Licensed Professional Counselor that provides services for children, adolescents, and adults. I offer individual, couples/marital, play therapy, and group counseling. I am a husband, a father, and a grandfather. My passion is working in the area of marriage counseling, depression, and dissociative disorders. I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model for most cases. I am also Level II Trained in EMDR and a full member of EMDRIA. I am also fluent in speaking Spanish, and can provide all the above services in Spanish.

There is not a specific type of therapeutic style or approach that works for everyone: age, ethnicity, all of this may play a part into stressors and how we cope with them. Therefore, the services are built around the individuals or family needs, focusing on strengths and values. I believe there is nothing we can’t overcome and the first step is seeking the help. I seek to help individuals, couples, and families effectively resolve issues that can cause both stress and dysfunction. My clients and I collaborate to evaluate problem areas and set goals they are committed to attaining. When working with couples and families, I recognize the need for healthy cooperation, communication, direction, and structure. We work together to find new solutions and gain new perspectives.

Aanchal Rajagopal is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Linette Tovar MA, LPC-S). She completed her Master of Science in Counseling at California State University, Los Angeles. She also has an undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy. Aanchal has several years of experience working with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, substance-abuse, relationship issues, trauma and other mental health conditions.

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is fulfilling. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Whitney Crawford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in professional environments that include healthcare, higher education, workforce development, and mental health. Whitney specializes in life transitions, anxiety, grief, career transitions, school issues, and stress. Whitney has much experience with managing and processing grief, and is passionate about working with individuals to address their unique challenges and concerns to help them learn new techniques to overcome those challenges. Whitney completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at The Ohio State University.

My heart and expertise are in the area of dealing with relational issues whether it be between a couple or between parents and teens. So many times, communication gets in the way of being able to deal with the real issues so there is no real resolution. I also have a great desire and many year of experience in working with women's issues. Each individual experience we go through, does affect us, however, that does not mean that we cannot change the way we respond to situations or the way we think about things.

Hello! I am Kaliah and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2003. I obtained my Bachelors in Social Work from Texas Christian University and Masters of Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington. I am currently working on my Doctorate of Clinical Social Work at Walden University.
