People I work with are often required to over-functioning while managing the challenges of being under-resourced. They can feel pressured, even obligated, to show up strong and capable on the outside, even when they don’t feel that way underneath. Often stretched thin, they may have little space for rest and can feel depleted of their natural resilience. I offer an inclusive, affirming space where a person can be understood without judgment and begin the work of healing. Here, you are supported in strengthening your sense of self, building emotional safety, and living more fully in alignment with your values.

My ideal clients are the ones navigating life at the beautiful, messy intersections of identity. That includes anyone processing intergenerational trauma or systemic discrimination, those feeling "in-between" with bicultural identities or major life transitions, as well as folks in LGBTQ+ and polyamorous communities. I also deeply welcome neurodivergent thinkers and creatives or professionals who feel disconnected from their own grounding and joy.
