I see good psychotherapy as a collaborative process guided by your needs. I strongly believe that individuals and families have inherent strengths that can help them deal effectively with their problems and make meaningful change. However, many people are too busy or too overwhelmed to figure out what changes they would like to make or to develop the strengths needed to make those changes. Fortunately, we've learned a lot in recent years about creating change--psychological, emotional, and behavioral. When you come in, we will work together to decide what changes you want to make and how.

Whether facing difficulties related to relationships, stress, anxiety, or depression, I am here to provide guidance, support, and a listening ear, fostering an environment of healing and transformation.
Are you struggling with connection and communication? Do you feel stuck or trapped? I work with couples, individuals, and families struggling with these issues and many others that cause disconnection and resentment. When individuals, couples, and families find themselves no longer able to move past difficulties an outside resource can create new patterns. I offer insight and concrete tools to bring hope and forgiveness. We will work together to discover what blocks have been put in place and why. Once these are uncovered we will work to build reconnection. I specialize in substance use, postpartum, couples, and family dynamics.

Whether navigating intimacy concerns, life transitions, anxiety, or depression, therapy can become a space for meaningful change and deeper connection.
I believe therapy offers the opportunity to better understand ourselves through the lens of our relationships. Early attachment experiences often shape how we communicate, connect, and respond to distress, influencing both how we relate to others and how we experience ourselves. My work is grounded in the belief that with insight, compassion, and intentional exploration, new patterns can emerge that feel more secure, authentic, and aligned.
