As your therapist, you’ll find someone who is authentic, straight-forward, compassionate, and dedicated to truly understanding you. I’ll listen with care, encourage you through the hard parts, and at times, gently challenge you to see things differently.

As a woman therapist, I bring cultural awareness, lived understanding, and advocacy into the therapy space. Many of my clients are women who carry a lot—emotionally, relationally, and socially. They often wear many hats, feel unseen or misunderstood, and are navigating stressors that others may minimize. I am intentional about creating a space where clients feel seen, validated, and not alone.
I value culturally responsive and contemporary psychological frameworks and don't rely on outdated models of care. My work prioritizes relevance, emotional safety, and real-life application.

When I picture my ideal client, I think of you. You might feel stuck, anxious, unhappy, numb, or disconnected. Maybe you feel scared or ashamed of something that has happened to you or something you’ve never discussed with anyone. Perhaps you have thought about therapy before, or someone recommended it, but you never pursued it. But now, you show up and that is the first step. You are beginning to be honest with and trust yourself, me, and this process. You want to feel better, more connected, and begin to live your life again. I have good news: With a little courage, a willingness to try new things, and a little support, you can!

My goal for my client is to find healing! I do not want to simply teach you coping skills and tools to deal with the symptoms you are experiencing because you would never have true relief and healing. I want to find the problem in order to solve the problem. I have been very successful in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD to name a few. I constantly push myself to stay up-to-date on new studies, new ways, new discoveries. I am not only paying attention to new developments in mental health, but also physiological and environmental developments that would help the mind stay healthy.
