As providers of partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services we aim to provide intensive care to patients whose symptoms cannot be managed in outpatient care alone.
Admission requires meeting specific criteria to ensure the program is appropriate to meet your needs. Patients with mental health diagnoses that cause functional impairment can enjoy structured office based treatment 3 to 5 days a week. Situations that could qualify a patient for PHP/IOP include discharge from inpatient care, treatment need (step up from outpatient), mental health diagnosis, functional impairment, or safety concerns.

We want to empower you and bring you to a place of confidence where you can feel and act proudly and securely.
Being constantly fearless and strong in a rapidly changing world can be overwhelming and exhausting. Black men, in particular, find adjustment to shifting circumstances difficult due to cultural stigma against appearing weak in any sense and inherent societal prejudices and misinformation. Too often, positive contribution is minimized while normal human failings are blown out of proportion.

We all go through seasons where we feel bogged down, overwhelmed, and tired. This can leave us feeling misunderstood, unseen, or unheard. Prolonged struggles can affect our sense of self and impact relationships with our family and friends, making it difficult to get unstuck and move forward. My training and lived experience helps me to remain informed as we consider your many different parts and the perspectives that come with them. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to be your whole, authentic self as you heal.

Many people quietly carry anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship pain for years while appearing “fine” on the outside. Whether you are struggling with conflict in your family, communication difficulties with a partner, emotional burnout, or a persistent sense of dissatisfaction, you do not have to navigate it alone. I work with individuals to better understand the experiences and patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
