I've been a counselor for over 20 years, providing therapy, clinical supervision , and program management. I am a results-oriented counselor, meaning I want our work together to provide real and tangible improvements in your relationships and your life. My primary specialties include relationship counseling; adult ADHD; depression; anxiety; and self-improvement. My primary treatment modalities include solution-focused counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. I strive to create an environment that is safe and welcoming to everyone no matter your identity or circumstance.

I've been working with individuals, groups, couples, and families for over 15 years in community and private settings as well as discipleship, youth, recovery, and teaching ministries in the local church. I'm certified through the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC) and have completed post-graduate training from the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) of the International OCD Foundation, and the Psychiatry Academy at Massachusetts General Hospital.
