I work with individuals struggling with PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have a special interest in working with first responders struggling with PTSD and career burnout. I work with first responder couples to help them navigate PTSD symptoms in the context of their marriage. When individuals reach out for help, it is often times because they feel lost or unable to cope with daily functioning. I work with Clients towards their goals, at their pace, and using the resources available to them.
I'm inspired by the strength of individuals who strive to create meaningful, healthy lives. It is part of the human condition to feel stuck, hopeless and dis-satisfied with life and relationships. I am a supporter, and encourager helping individuals move towards a path that allows them to feel more fulfilled in life.
