You’re lying awake replaying conversations, wondering if your relationship can recover. Maybe you’re coping with infidelity, emotional distance, or realizing your attachment patterns keep repeating. Anxiety shows up as racing thoughts, tightness in your chest, and constant self-doubt. You’re trying to decide whether to stay, set boundaries, or start over. You want clarity, confidence, and a steadier way to understand your emotions.

I work with people who are trying their best but still feel like life isn’t lining up the way they hoped. You might feel disconnected, unsure of where you belong, or caught in patterns that keep pulling you back. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by your thoughts, held back by fear, or frustrated that your goals still seem out of reach. These experiences can leave anyone feeling stuck or absent in their own life. I’ve supported clients from many backgrounds as they move through anxiety, fear, anger, and depression—and begin to feel present, grounded, and capable of change again. You deserve to feel whole and supported on your path forward,

My ideal client is someone navigating the emotional weight of separation, limited access to their children, or the loss of the daily parent they expected to be. They may feel overwhelmed, unheard, or stuck between grief and uncertainty. What they want most is clarity, stability, and a way to move through this season without losing themselves. They’re looking for support that understands their reality and helps them feel grounded again.

I was in the United States Marine Corps from 1998 to 2003 and during this time I learned a great deal about myself and became more culturally diverse during my time in the Marines. During my third year of service, I became injured at Officers Candidate School and realized that I needed to develop my counseling skills so I worked with an agency that counseled teens regarding their addiction. I have been in the social services field for the past twenty years and have been licensed for the past 10 years.

You look like you have it together. But behind closed doors, you’re exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and wondering why nothing feels like enough. Hi, I’m Brandon. I work with people who are tired of going through the motions and ready to finally feel solid in who they are. You’ve tried to push through it. You’ve read the books, heard the advice, maybe even journaled or prayed — and you’re still stuck in the same loops. That’s not a willpower problem. That’s not a character flaw. That’s what happens when the real work hasn’t reached the deeper place where change actually happens.

A sex-positive, neuro-inclusive space to explore intimacy, identity, and the relationships that make you, you. Finding a therapist shouldn’t mean leaving parts of yourself at the door. Whether you are navigating the beautiful complexity of polyamory, deconstructing your identity, or managing the sensory and emotional nuances of a neurodivergent life, you deserve a practitioner who "gets it" without you having to explain the basics. I provide a safe space for men to break through cultural pressures and explore their emotions. Together, we’ll navigate anxiety or anger with compassion, building authentic strength and connection.

How do you define manhood when there’s no manual? What do you do when you want to be a good partner but feel like you keep mis-stepping? As men, sometimes we need a space to talk about what manhood means to us. We need a space to feel seen, heard and validated. We need a space to talk about life’s successes, challenges, and fears. We also need a space for accountability. I am passionate about supporting men who struggle with anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues.

Men's Issues Therapists
Is therapy for men different than it is for women?
Therapeutic treatments and types are the same for men as they are for women, with the same protocols followed and the same strategies employed. Discussing one’s feelings and emotions is an integral part of most therapies, and some men find doing so more challenging. Therapists can help clients through the process; some specialize in treating men for this reason.

How do you encourage a man to go to therapy?
It’s helpful to express your concern and love for the person while framing therapy as a tool for improving their life. Offering specific examples of how an individual’s behavior affected either himself or others should be done with compassion and with empathy. It may be useful to devise a game plan—breaking the process down into parts, such as finding a therapist, making appointments, and looking into insurance coverage.

How can men prepare for therapy?
Men can prepare for therapy by approaching the process with an open mind, being willing to talk about their challenges, and giving treatment the time to work. Before a session, an individual may want to reflect on how they’ve felt since the last session and what’s happened in their lives. It can be useful for men who struggle to recall their emotional states to write down notes between sessions about their response to a given event or how they were feeling at a particular time.

What should men know about the process of therapy?
One of the most common reasons men don’t seek therapy is the notion that there’s something wrong with them if they do. Men should know that just because they’re seeking therapy doesn’t mean they’re mentally ill or damaged in some way. In the same way people work on their bodies through exercise or a craft through practice, therapy can be a way to improve the mental and emotional skills needed to be productive and effective partners, employees, and people in all realms of life.
