Using attachment-based therapy, IFS parts work, and psychodynamic approaches, I guide you in understanding emotions, setting boundaries, and regulating anxiety.
You’re lying awake replaying conversations, wondering if your relationship can recover. Maybe you’re coping with infidelity, emotional distance, or realizing your attachment patterns keep repeating. Anxiety shows up as racing thoughts, tightness in your chest, and constant self-doubt. You’re trying to decide whether to stay, set boundaries, or start over. You want clarity, confidence, and a steadier way to understand your emotions.

Sometimes the hardest realization is that what we thought we knew, thought would work, thought would "fix it" just... isn't working - and sometimes it gets worse! So many of us are Curse Busters - those that want something different than how we grew up, and are questioning e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. It's tough, honestly, to live out something that you've never seen done before, like putting together a puzzle without the box lid. I'm so excited to help you on your journey to finding You again! Bring your dark sense of humor, metaphors, memes, and snacks if you need 'em.

Relationships can be difficult to navigate, both with others and with oneself, and not having the right tools can make a difficult job even more challenging! Add to this day-to-day life events and unprocessed trauma, and it can be easy to feel like things will not get better, leaving you feeling empty and hopeless. I want to be there on your journey by holding a safe space for you, helping you process your thoughts and feelings, learning who you are and what you need, and supporting you as you learn new skills, strengthen the ones you already have, process your trauma safely, and develop and nurture healthy relationships.

I use a blend of EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS, mindfulness-based strategies, and inner child work to support trauma recovery and emotional clarity.
You’ve spent a long time surviving in systems that were never designed to support your healing. Maybe that looks like burnout that won’t go away, anxiety that keeps cycling, emotional numbness, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling stuck. I work with adults who are ready to feel more grounded, more regulated, and less overwhelmed. Whether you’re navigating trauma, chronic stress, or the emotional effects of caregiving or spiritual deconstruction, therapy with me is paced, collaborative, and personalized to your nervous system. We’ll move at a rhythm that feels safe for your body and meaningful for your healing.

I will approach with care utilizing somatic therapies, attachment theory, IFS, EMDR, and Expressive Arts and will meet you where you are.
My passion is to come alongside clients on the journey into their true potential. This may involve correcting negative beliefs formed in the past such as "unlovable, unworthy, never enough" and learning to cope with feelings of discomfort, loneliness, and overwhelmed. Helping adult children of addicted and dysfunctional families find their way into deeper meaningful connections while letting go of codependent behaviors and building boundaries remains close to my heart. I believe clients of all stages, gender, background, nationality, and sexual identity deserve hope and healing and feel honored to journey with you.

I use Internal Family Systems ( IFS), CBT, and somatic techniques to help you unburden at your own pace.
Do you find yourself struggling with confidence, coping with painful life experiences, depression, anxiety, or carrying the weight of childhood or religious trauma? For LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, hiding parts of yourself to avoid judgment or rejection can be exhausting. You don’t have to carry that burden alone. Healing begins when we stop pretending and start showing up for ourselves. You deserve relief, authenticity, and deeper connection—with yourself and others. Seeking support is a brave and powerful act of self-care.

I often draw influence from use of parts work ( IFS), attachment, relational-cultural therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.
If you are wanting to further explore your relationship with yourself, or heal from your traumatic experiences, you’re in the right place. I am a Latina trauma therapist & my main areas of focus are trauma and PTSD, racial identity, and relationship issues, though my focuses vary greatly. I use a culturally sensitive, trauma focused, and relational approach, along with EMDR. I intimately understand that humans are multifaceted and nuanced, and help you embrace your true authentic self. I work with adults and teens 16+ all over Texas, but really resonate with Gen Z'ers and Millennials!

Life is incredibly complicated, messy, and challenging. It can often feel heavy to hold, and that’s why you’re here. My practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive, body-liberated framework, with a strong commitment to amplifying all voices—especially those from marginalized identities and backgrounds who have carried the burden of societal expectations. Through our work together we can transform confusing or sh!tty experiences into meaning and growth. Though the path won’t always be easy, I can promise that I will be right alongside you as we unpack all that you have been carrying alone.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapists
What is Internal Family Systems therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of talk therapy that focuses on sub-personalities, or “families,” within a person, which may be made up of wounded parts and unpleasant emotions like anger and shame. These sub-personalities can come into conflict with each other and with an individual’s core Self, leaving the person feeling detached from positive traits such as the “8 C’s” of confidence, calmness, creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, and connectedness. By healing a patient’s wounded parts, a therapist aims to restore balance and bring on positive change.

How does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
An IFS therapist will work with a patient to identify their particular sub-personalities, recognize the emotions powering them, and release them. By doing so, the patient should become more able to address any underlying problems their sub-personalities may have been trying to protect them from. Ultimately, a patient discovers ways to manage internal and external conflicts on their own, through techniques such as relaxation exercises, journaling, and making charts depicting the relationships between their core Self and their distinct parts.

Does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
IFS therapy has been shown to help people address conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic, fears and phobias, trauma, and substance use disorders. Some research has also found that it can help individuals deal with symptoms of physical health conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, such as pain, everyday functioning, depressive feelings, and low self-compassion. There are some conditions for which IFS treatment, specifically discussions of one’s “parts,” may be less appropriate, such as schizophrenia or other states that involve psychosis or paranoia.

How long does Internal Family Systems therapy take?
As with most forms of talk therapy, there is no set duration or end point for IFS therapy. After becoming comfortable with a therapist and the core concepts of IFS, some patients quickly make progress. While experiences vary, most will find that it is a relatively longer-term therapy, involving months and sometimes years of sessions.
