My 3rd client was an ambitious businessman, struggling with finding his life 'purpose, but was worth 5.7 million dollars. My 4th client was a Homemaker recovering from an anti-depressant addiction, trying to find her HAPPY PLACE while balancing being a mother & wife. My ideal client is someone that's READY to take - ACTION - NOW in their life . They understand that it is a life or death situation that they begin LIVING NOW!

Pornography addiction can significantly impact your life and relationships but there is hope for recovery. I’m not just a mental health professional, I’ve been “you” for many years. I understand firsthand the personal struggles in your life and committed relationships that come with uncontrollable pornography use. The endless stream of attractive women a few clicks away on Pornhub, Onlyfan or Social Media is hard to quit even with all your willpower and promise to quit for the sake of your relationship.

These are challenging times. If you're tired of feeling stressed out, anxious, or panicky as a way of life ...if you're not getting the joy you want from life and feeling more unhappy or feeling like you're not enough...if you're acting out on your frustrations instead of getting clarity, then I'm really glad you're reaching out. I am an inclusive progressive therapist & an ally. I want therapy to be a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to work individually or within your couple relationship. I'm going to listen, help you explore, and also teach you new things to help you. Let's build a future that contains more of what you want!

Do you want to train your mind to be better in what you do? What I do is not therapy - it is mental coaching and I specialize in training youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes & performers. With an MA in Sport Psychology, an MBA, and extensive athletic experience I blend academic knowledge of psychological research with the dynamic and relatable approach of a sport coach to maximize you or your child's physical skills. Challenges my clients face include lack of confidence, inability to perform under pressure, "choking" aka "the yips", lack of motivation, inability to focus, fear of failure, and many others.

Life Coaching Therapists

What can I expect from life coaching?

Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?

Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?

Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?

Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
